LEGACY PRODUCTS

Over the years, some of our products have become legacy due to the constant evolution of the simulation platforms or because they are being replaced by better, up-to-date products with much more features. Most of these legacy products were originally designed for FS2004 or early versions of FSX and some may still be available from online resellers for the pleasure of collectors.

While we no longer sell these products and can no longer provide technical support for them, we are pleased to make their flight manuals still available for download. You will find answers to most of your questions regarding these products in the manuals.

Since 2006, Xtreme Prototypes has been developing complex addons of historical models that have influenced the evolution of flight and that are still offering an exciting and unique simulation experience to our users. We are proud to present them to you here:

Avro CF-105 Arrow Interceptor v1.x

The Xtreme Prototypes Avro CF-105 Arrow addon contains five variations of the Arrow Mark 1 and one variation of the Arrow Mark 2. The Arrow remains the stuff legends are made of sixty years after all prototypes were ordered destroyed before the aircraft could fulfill its role as a new type of high-altitude interceptor during the Cold War. The Arrow was a revolutionary aircraft. It used computer control and fly by wire technology and was capable of flying over Mach 2.0. This addon allows you to simulate test flights, reconnaissance and interception missions, and even try the mighty Orenda PS-13 "Iroquois" engine that was being installed in the Arrow Mark 2 at the time the program was cancelled.
