Our products are available for download only.

At this time, you should have downloaded the ZIP file that contains the original installers for Prepar3D® v2/3, Prepar3D® v1 and FSX from our website and received your personal activation key by email.

Note: Please contact us if you did not received your activation key or were unable to download your addon after your order was processed.

The special installers for Prepar3D® v4 and FSX Steam® are available separately, from our “Downloads” section on our website (see instructions below).

The installers (one for each simulation platform) are contained in ZIP files to prevent them from being blocked by some antivirus programs while the addon is being downloaded from our website (some anti-virus software won't allow you to download ".exe" files).

Make sure you are authorized to download ZIP files on your system (check your antivirus software) or you may not be able to download your addon.

The main ZIP file ("XP_X-15A-2_SE_v2r0.zip") weights approximately 1.26 GB and normally takes about 5 to 15 minutes to download on a high speed Internet connection.

You can download your addon again at any time by logging in to our website. Once you are logged in, on the "Your Account" page, select "Review or re-download previous order(s)", click on your order number, and click the link to download your addon. You may download the file a limited number of times. After that, you will need to contact us if you need the file again.

You can also download only the individual installer(s) needed for your simulation platform(s). When in your account page, select "Download available patches and updates for your addon(s)". Fill in the form with your order number and activation key and select the file(s) you want to download (one file at a time). Click the "Download File" button to download the file.

You can also access our “Downloads” section directly (user account required).

Please note that the replacement of lost downloaded files is not guaranteed. We recommend making an extra copy for your own use and to save it in a safe place along with your personal activation key. Refer to the end-user software agreement for more details.

Note to Prepar3D® v4 Users

The X-15A-2 SE addon now includes a native version (labeled v2.01) for the new 64-bit Prepar3D® v4 simulation platform. A special installer for Prepar3D® v4 ("XP_X-15A-2_SE_v2r01_P3Dv4.zip") is available from our "Downloads" section (free for registered users).

Note to FSX: Steam® Edition Users

The X-15A-2 SE addon is fully compatible with Flight Simulator X: Steam ® Edition. A special installer, contained in a ZIP file ("XP_X-15A-2_SE_v2r0_FSX_Steam.zip"), is available from our "Downloads" section (free for registered users). Refer to "Installing your Addon" for more details.

Once downloaded, save the ZIP file on your computer desktop.

Known Download Issues

If you don't have a high speed Internet connection, or experience intermittent connection issues, you may be timed out or disconnected while transferring the file. If you are not able to download your addon after several attempts, we recommend using another and better connection either at work (if allowed) or at a parent's or friend's. If you don't have access to another connection, and still cannot solve the issue, please contact us for other options.

We recommend using your Internet browser (Internet Explorer, Chrome, etc.) to download your addon. Do not use a third-party download manager or you may experience problems that were reported by a number of users.

Some antivirus programs may also prevent you from downloading your addon. Make sure your antivirus does not interfere with your downloads. Also, some antivirus won't allow you to download "zip" (or ".exe") files. You can disable your antivirus program temporarily (while downloading your addon) to solve this issue. Don't forget to reactivate your antivirus after the file is downloaded.
