Custom Fuel Management System

Your X-15A-2 SE addon uses a custom three-propellant fuel management system.

This system bypasses the simulator's fuel management system and needs some special settings in the simulator to work properly.

If not already done:

  1. Under "Aircraft" (or "Vehicle") in the simulator's top menu bar, select REALISM SETTINGS.

  2. On the "Settings – Realism" page, under "Engines", select the UNLIMITED FUEL option.

  3. Click OK to close the "Settings – Realism" page.

For more details, refer to the recommended settings for your simulation platform.

Visual Effects

The X-15A-2 SE addon uses the simulator's default aircraft lights to display special visual effects. This needs some special settings:

  1. Under "Aircraft" (or "Vehicle") in the simulator's top menu bar, select REALISM SETTINGS.

  2. On the "Settings – Realism" page, under "Instruments and Lights", select the PILOT CONTROLS AIRCRAFT LIGHT option.

  3. Click OK to close the "Settings – Realism" page.

For more details, refer to the recommended settings for your simulation platform.
